Lindsay and i have been hit hard by this dang virus. i feel like i
have been sick for over two weeks now. when will the madness end?
after a week of barely surviving, we had a very restful Friday
night, Saturday morning, and this afternoon, Lindsay’s mother came over with
her infamous homemade chicken-noodle-soup that scored a homerun in my book…
mmmm…. mmmmmmm… mmmmmmmmmmm!
we got in some wonderful bird watching today, reading, more naps,
vitamins, orange juice and good conversation. made for a great Saturday!
i finished “Banker to the Poor” today which was completely inspiring
to me. I have now begun, as of tonight, a book entitled “The Science of God”
which seems like it will be intellectually stimulating to say the least, as
well as faith testing.

it is a quiet Friday night.
Lindsay is sleeping on the couch in front of me.
I have been doing some hard core lesson planning
tonight since I woke up from mine.
I have been exhausted from this week.
some highlights:
the 9th Grade Field trip was SUCH a
blast and especially since Lindsay got to come along with me.
teaching went fairly well this week.
got to hang out with John and Carrie
got to hang out with Paula and Steve last night and
watch American Idol and The Office
had a good weekend last weekend where we spent good
quality time with the family
got to play a GREAT show with noah on Saturday
night of last weekend and see tons of friends that came out to the show.
